Welcome to KudaHoki. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and KudaHoki ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the KudaHoki platform, including account registration, deposits, betting, bonus usage, withdrawals, and all other interactions with our services.
By accessing the KudaHoki website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any services offered by KudaHoki, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the platform KudaHoki immediately.

KudaHoki reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, utility bill, or a recent Malaysian bank statement. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze until verification is complete.
Every user KudaHoki is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur. KudaHoki is not liable for any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the user.
Your account password must be at least eight (8) characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. You must keep your password confidential and must not share it with anyone, including staff of KudaHoki. Our team will never ask for your password.
All deposits on the platform KudaHoki processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency exchange rate is applied. The payment methods accepted by KudaHoki are as follows:

Deposits credited to account KudaHoki must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or eWallets are not accepted and will be returned once verification is complete. KudaHoki reserves the right to hold suspicious deposits for security review without incurring any liability.
Withdrawals at KudaHoki subject to the following conditions, which must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be processed:
Withdrawal processing times vary according to a member's VIP tier KudaHoki — ranging from 60 minutes for Bronze members down to just 5 minutes for Diamond members. KudaHoki is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or eWallet provider once processing on our end has been completed.
KudaHoki reserves the right to request additional verification or place a hold on withdrawals deemed unusual, as a measure to protect account security. In such cases, our team will reach out via your registered email within 24 hours to clarify any required documents or additional information.

VIP Programme KudaHoki consists of 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tiers are calculated based on cumulative valid wagers over a rolling 30-day period. VIP benefits include higher cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing times, more flexible betting limits, and dedicated account support for Diamond members.

General rules applicable to all types of betting on KudaHoki:
KudaHoki reserves the right to reject, suspend, or void any bet deemed invalid, high-risk, or in breach of platform rules, with notice given to the relevant user within a reasonable timeframe.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform KudaHoki and will result in immediate disciplinary action, including permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

Material changes will be communicated to users via registered email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Minor amendments relating to wording clarification may take effect immediately.
It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform KudaHoki after an amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this document.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform KudaHoki will first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate court jurisdiction in Malaysia.

This means your withdrawal method must match or correspond to your deposit method — you cannot deposit via Touch 'n Go and then request a withdrawal to a different bank account name. This is not meant to complicate your withdrawal process — it is a Malaysian legal compliance requirement that we take seriously. If you understand why your own bank has similar procedures for large withdrawals, you will understand why KudaHoki must do the same.

These Terms will be updated from time to time as the service KudaHoki evolve.
